About Amal
Amal is a Saudi Producer who graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors in Film and Video as well as a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering. Her intellect, love for travel, exposure to different cultures, and background in Engineering management, are vital contributors to her career today.
Starting her career in Los Angeles, CA in distribution, she later transitioned into Hollywood productions in Atlanta, GA. Her experience on large scale budget films with world renowned studios such as Disney, Marvel, HBO, AppleTV+, ABC, Starz, as well as her background in acquisitions and distribution, has given her a unique vision within the industry. She worked in both Engineering as well as Film simultaneously, balancing the two.
Amal then moved back to Saudi Arabia focusing on film and started working across the kingdom with clients including NEOM, Strategic Management Office (SMO) and Getty Images. Amal has experience in short films, television series, music videos, feature films as well as TVC’s. She is currently developing a feature film at the Red Sea Film Lodge and has financed films that have been selected by Red Sea Film and Doha Film Institute.
